On Sunday 2nd October approximately 50 local volunteers turned out for the first clean-up of the Brewers Arms. Inside the pub, we made huge progress on the main bar area and kitchen. Everything that was not fixed to the floor was moved to the Armpit, making it possible to give these two areas a thorough clean. The bar area is now ready for decoration, but the kitchen was a challenge and still needs more cleaning. Outside, the gardening group made a great job of tidying up the neglected garden.
