At a recent committee meeting it was decided that we should increase our total share issue by £10,000.
Our initial share offer target was an ambitious £425,000. We anticipated raising circa £375,000 to 400,000. In fact, after adjustments, we raised £408,000. By increasing the share capital by £10,000 we will still be under our initial target but anyone who was not able to be part of the initial offer will now be able to become involved in our community pub as a shareholder. Of course, any current shareholder is welcome to purchase further shares.
We therefore invite further investment in the Brewers (West Malvern) Community Pub Limited from interested persons. We remind you that shares are priced at £250 each.
In all respects, other than the dates, the terms relating to shares are the same as set out in the original share option offer which is on our website at
