The first AGM of The Brewers (West Malvern) Community Pub Ltd was held at 10.30am on Saturday 9th September at the Elim Theatre Hall, Westminster Bank, West Malvern.  Eighty people attended in person and a further nine attended online using Zoom.

The community bid has a moratorium until April 25^th.  No-one other than a community or similar can bid until that date.  After that there is a further moratorium, lasting a year, where the pub has to be marketed as a pub. After that period it can go on the open market (subject to planning permission).

Summary of Committee meeting on the 28th November 2021

At the start of the meeting it was explained that we were not here to criticize Admiral Taverns or past or present tenants of the pub but rather to see whether the local community was interested in purchasing the pub.
